straightforward and simple to use

Worked great for me so far except that recently, it keeps asking for my email address & therefore not working (stopping any web access) until I comply with the request. Why ? No idea. Otherwise, hardly any loss in down/upload and, thats the concept, total privacy.

Not sure what took that long, but its a basic VPN app that works as expected. It doesnt have features competitors like freedome offer, but generally PIA is a great service and this app integrates well. Thanks

easy to handle and safe. Nothing more is needed. No need for a fancy app with special effects etc. just on/off and properties, thats what you want.

At this moment I am a very new user of this VPN app and its service and I like it very much. Many thanks to the Developers for this nice and very accessible App so I think it is very important to make an app or PC software also accessible for visually impaired and blind people who are using an screen reader programms like NVDA for Windows or VoiceOver on a Mac and iOS device.

Very disappointed with this vpn despite glowing reviews from Cnet and other online reports. They claim to be one of the fastest and have minimal speed drain but that is not the case. Also times out very often usually around the 50minute mark, so huge pain when watching a show and it craps out during the last few seconds... Got this to watch different Versions of Netflix but since theyve put the kaibosh on vpns its pretty much useless. Our subscription is almost up and we wont be renewing.

Superior product. May have issues at times, but so does anything else on the web including players like Google. Nothing is perfect, but this offering is well worth the investment. I am in my third year with them and have no reason to change.

Originally, when I first got this app, I just left it on all the time and it seemed to work flawlessly. Lately though, I cant leave it on without having to constantly "disconnect" it and "connect" it in order for it to work. It will literally connect and within 10 minutes of being online, on my iPhone, pages will stop loading, or Facebook will stop...any app Im using that requires an Internet connection, will stop because the connection is lost. Now, all that being said, when I am connected, it works great, my speeds are typically the same as without it, sometimes it seems faster (maybe its in my head), but either way, Im glad to have it.

This is probably only my second review for an app since I began using a smartphone years ago, and I feel compelled to write it to share with others just how painful, defeating, irritating, infuriating and downright migraine-inducing this app is. As a paid up customer of PIA, you will be subjected to constant disconnects from the web by this app, and when you open it to see whats wrong, you will be greeted with the Current IP Address stuck at "Resolving..." And it will never resolve. You will simply have to change locations. Every 20 minutes. Sometimes every 15 minutes. Sometimes every hour. Basically, there is no way to actually enjoy using your phone like you were used to doing before you made the mistake of downloading this app and letting it change the relationship with your smartphone, and existence itself, forever. If you are reading this and havent downloaded this app yet, resist. Risk the chance of someone shady and untoward getting a hold of your IP instead of putting yourself through this hell.

Very easy to operate from my iPhone. Stable, quick to connect and reliable. 5*!

Too slow. My internet speed is 100mbps but I get around 4mbps when using this vpn. Disconnects a lot!

A bit expensive but nice product.

Fast to connect, simple, and I havent ran into any bugs yet.

Its a litte slow when switching between connection types (wifi to mobile or reverse) but otherwise it works well enough.

Ive tried many other vpn services and by far this is the best one Ive used. Easy to use, fast connections, and secure.

Sometimes it runs slow or has no connection. Does not work in China while some of the free VPNs do. Its lack of consistency is annoying. I am a frequent traveller and sometimes I find it wont connect on the hotel wifi networks which is annoying as thats where I need it most.
