I use 2 devices, iOS and windows 10. The program works perfect!

Paid 50USD for nothing. SSL connection cannot be established, no username and password is accepted. Trying to get my money back.

It works well, is simple but perfectly customizable.

At first it works great for a while then stop working. Not happy at all. Im not going renew and will try different VPN.

I have only used one other similar app, so limited experience. But the PIA app is clean, simple and easy to use. The VPN performance seems adequate...I havent noticed tremendous slowdown.

I have tried a few VPN services for my iphone and so far PIA is the best of all. Great speed, very secure and 100% reliable. I connect via OpenVpn most of the times and no complains with the speed of the PIA servers. However I have tried this app a few times and no issues either. With my previous VPN service my Google account was getting locked out almost every week. I switched to PIA and that never happened again. My subscription is about to expire and I will renew it for sure.

Ive been really happy with PIA both on my desktop and through their iPad and iPhone apps. Inexpensive, reliable, and fast VPN service.

So I use this regularly on my iDevices. I also cant access the Internet regularly on my iDevices. 98/100 times I can guess the reason - the new IP address is "Resolving". What that means is that up to 5 or 6 times a day I have to open the PIA app back up, disconnect, and reconnect. Its almost like clockwork how reliable the unreliability is. Its extremely frustrating. This doesnt happen with the free Opera VPN I have or the PIA app on my laptop. Fix this please, Im not renewing if it isnt fixed before my subscription runs out.

I use PIA VPN daily on all my devices. Super simple. Connects every time. I had one issue on my MacBook and their customer support emailed me back in minutes. Highly recommend.

When I request an IP address from say California or Some other city in the USA... I dont expect you to give me one from the country of Colombia or Jordan or some other international location unbeknownst to me. This is just plain wrong for a company to do.

Subscribe to the service and just download the .ovpn config files and import them into the OpenVPN application either by using iTunes or you can also ripped through Safari on your order I house and a bold it device or you can also do it through the "native," Mail app in iOS. I have used multiple virtual private network services and not one of them has made an app for iOS that doesnt bug up, whereas with OpenVPN, if its set up correctly, is virtually a no-brainer. All it takes is a little bit of reading. Great service, app needs work. (PIA APP)

I paid for a whole year of service but since newest update I no longer can connect....please fix asap!!!!!

The PIA (Private Internet Access) iOS app has problems staying connected to VPN server. Ive reinstalled the app and reset Network settings, still no luck.

Best VPN service so far. $40 a year is very cheap.

I feel so secured using this software. Thanks for making it

I have been waiting to take the plunge on a vpn service for a while now. Lifehacker.com wrote a great article comparing the top VPN companies and include a comprehensive comparison chart. PIA was not going to be my first choice (they are in the top ten list though), but the reviews on their iPhone app were pretty good so I just bought a months worth to try it out. Downloaded, installed, made the in app purchase and I was ready to go in less than two minutes. I have used the service on both windows 10 and my iPhone and I rarely notice any difference in speed. That said I think your experience will vary depending upon your region and cell coverage. I live in urban California and mostly connect to the CA server and it is extremely reliable, even on LTE. However I have yet to use it when using less than excellent cell coverage or some of the other regional servers, but in an ideal situation it works perfectly -which is a good sign because if a VPN company cant get that right than all is lost. For me, the service is great and price is comparable, so Im happy so far.

PIA is the best VPN service Ive ever used, and this app is an excellent complement to it. I travel quite a bit and as such find myself using questionable public wifi hotspots often. This app makes it extremely convenient to connect to a VPN whenever privacy is needed, on whichever server will provide me the best speeds in any given location.

Great for traveling across Europe or in the USA. Can be tough to connect if the connection is poor but that should be expected.

Bought this so as to work around IP-based location streaming. Worked great for Last season of Downton Abbey, with occasional stutters due to limited bandwidth with UK portal (I have 90 Meg from Comcast but could only get about 3 Megs from PIA London portal). Best use however, is having security when using any kind of public network. Have not found one yet that I cant join using PIA. Just renewed for another year.
