Affordable with many global points of presence.

Probably the most important thing overall to me besides actual/uptime reliability (and if this is bad nothing can be good) is speed. PIA in my experience has the best overall speeds on any commercial VPN service. This tested from Europe, Japan, and Brazil, as well as all over the US. When I can stream video from my house reliably over their VPN, I am happy. I generally have more problems with the speed of local ISPs than PIA. Best in class service.

I have been very happy with this app, the OS as well as the iOS are both fantastic! Reached out to them once when I had trouble connecting at a hotel, they responded almost immediately. Even when the answers were found on the FAQ page, they still walked me through the fix.

When it actually connects. Or doesnt drop for no reason at all.

I love PIA. Great for when connecting to I trusted networks etc. The app is very well done and is intuitive.

Work extremely well iOS and Window 10 desktop versions. Great support.

I do often recommend a product other people I find product to provide me an additional layer security. Occasionally find Wi-Fi nets that data mining and they choose not to allow pass thru for a security VPN -- I then change to a cell phone tower data to avoid that complication. Many thanks for a good product I am happy with the service and will continue to use it in the future.

Their VPN service is great but their app is god awful! Im trying to reopen service through their app and hes telling me bad request 400. Before you go charging seven bucks a month you need to get your crap together

Im not sure how well the app works. I have a few social apps that tell me where Im at when I travel. When this VPN app is enabled and location says Texas or somewhere, shouldnt my social app show me being in that area? Are my apps going through an encrypted tunnel at all? I just dont know.

The annual plan is pretty cheap too

I had this app for 1 year before I got it to work. I am an older codger and impatient. But when I was automatically renewed for another year, I made up my Geritol-laden mind to get her going. Once I got the app working on my computer (delay due in part to not realizing right away that the website sign on and the app sign on were different), the implementation of the iPhone and iPad apps was a snap. Cost is reasonable, speed is great. I have been from South Carolina to New Hampshire with NO access problems. Go get it and be confident.

I did research and this is one of the top VPNs. Good price, especially with a deal. Easy to use and reliable. Some public WiFi networks seem to block VPNs, though.

A few times per day I get disconnected and it takes a bit to reconnect. Support was not able to fix the issue. Would be nice if that got fixed.

Cant imagine how it could be better. Super easy to set up on both my phone and computer. Hardly even notice a change in speed. Occasionally I need to turn it off and on when I start up my device to get a connection, but thats the only problem Ive had.

This is the most reliable and easy VPN on the planet, have used it for over four years now, never disappoints, always on and reliable....

Nothing hard about configuring this app. You need it and they dont keep records. What more could you want?
